I thought this pin looked like a shooting star, so I stamped "wish" on the back of the bezel. I think the rock is fossilized coral. Or maybe its a moon rock or a meteorite...
This piece is very interesting. The use of decorative swirl motifs as comet tail is brilliant, and I like the juxtaposition of the smooth metal with the porous rock.
