Bar Stock Pendants

After watching a blacksmithing demo that included some forge welded overlays, I was inspired to make these pendants. I soldered some square silver wire onto some steel bar stock, then hammered the silver flat. I love the look!! All four of these were made with 3/4" wide stock. The rectangles are 3/4"x1". They are hanging on steel ball chains and rubber cords. $32.00 on the chain, and $36.00 on a rubber cord.

Cindy's Necklace

A friend of my sister's, who lives in Anchorage sent me a rock she found there so I could make a necklace for her. I liked it so much, i made another one with a Sedona Red Rock. The stone is set in sterling with forged steel accenting Its about 2 1/2' wide. The chain is sterling and steel, with recycled glass bead accents. The whole piece is about 22" long, but can be worn shorter by moving the clasp over. $300.00

Small Spiral Necklaces

These are some of the bead colors I have available......The small ones, from left to right are: Black, light moss green, dk brown, light brown, spring, mali blue, and bright blue. Also avaliable but not shown are: dark moss green and amber.

Steel Her Heart Necklace

I just finished this batch of heart necklaces. They are about 2" wide, and are forged out of 1/4" round steel stock, and have recycled glass bead accents. Hanging on adjustable waxed cotton cord, these necklaces are very versatile, and will look great on a variety of necklines. Steel has been coated with wax to protect it from rust, but should be kept away from water if possible. No hot tubbing in these babies!
